She previously served in a leadership role overseeing multi-state payroll operations, where she collaborated closely with clients to streamline processes, improve workflows, and navigate complex compliance requirements. During this time, she earned a reputation for clarity, precision, and the ability to simplify complex financial matters.

Today, Stephanie serves as Marketing Director and is a member of Padgett Denver's leadership team, where she leads the firm's branding, messaging, and communication strategy. She combines her operational and financial background with a passion for meaningful communication, creating thoughtful, client-focused marketing that reflects Padgett Denver's commitment to clarity, trust, and long-term relationships.

Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University, further strengthening her expertise in comprehensive planning, behavioral finance, and effective client communication. She is passionate about helping small business owners feel confident in their financial decisions and believes strong relationships are the foundation of long-term success.

Stephanie lives in Summerville, South Carolina, just outside of Charleston, with her husband and their two dogs. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and is always looking forward to their next adventure. She recently took up kickboxing and is on a mission to perfect her signature margarita recipe. She also loves exploring local restaurants, tackling home improvement projects, and finding creative ways to make a house feel like home. Whether she's refreshing a room, trying something new, or spending time with family and friends, Stephanie enjoys embracing new experiences and believes the little details are what make life most meaningful.
